Take The Lead
We founded Take The Lead in 2018 at the company where we both worked, after being initially paired through our company’s mentorship program. As we navigated our careers, we supported each other and discovered firsthand the transformative power of mentorship—especially for women. Take The Lead became a mentorship group within the company.
Now, we’re expanding Take The Lead to reach an even wider audience—enter YOU. Our goal is to empower more women to achieve their career aspirations with the support of female mentorship. We’re excited to meet you!
